Marshfield to celebrate
Official Skate Park Dedication.
Festivities include Music events on Saturday
Nov 6th and Sunday Nov 7th,
Ski Market professional skateboard team and free pony rides.
Presenting the Keys to the Skate Park
over to the Recreation Dept. on Nov
11th
These two days of music will be part of the Skate
Park Grand Opening. The concerts are intended
to be free concerts for the people of Marshfield. We will
host youth/teenage music day on Saturday November 6th with
three local bands Nolaredo, Lost
Cause and 16 Stitches. They would play between
12:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Ski Market
of Pembroke will invite their professional skate
team to perform on that day. The second day Sunday Nov.
7th will be more of a family affair with music for more
adult tastes and attractions for children. Music will be
provided by three great local bands. They are "Four
on the Floor (blues), Members
of Orpheus (acoustic classic rock W/#1 hit "Can't
Find the Time") and Lonesome
Jukebox (country/roots). The local Co.,
Pony Rides for Any Occasion will give free pony
rides for 2 hours for the children on the family day.
